Luna Streams collects minimal information to provide fast IPTV activation, resolve support requests, and maintain a safe platform. We never sell personal data and only share it when absolutely required.
- Personal details: Name, email, billing address, and phone are used to set up your account and deliver support.
- Technical telemetry: Device type, IP address, and connection logs help us diagnose buffering or access issues.
- Payment data: Managed by Stripe and PayPal under PCI DSS standards; we do not store full card details on our servers.
How we use information
We only use personal data for purposes that align with your relationship with Luna Streams.
- Account provisioning: Activating test lines, managing subscriptions, and sending service updates.
- Customer support: Diagnosing issues, confirming identity, and ensuring safe account recovery.

Luna Streams Pty Ltd (ABN available upon request) is the data controller for services delivered to Australian residents.
2. Lawful basis
We process data on the basis of contract fulfilment, legitimate interests (service improvement), and explicit consent for marketing communications.
3. Data retention
Account records are retained for the duration of your subscription plus five years to meet tax and audit requirements. Support communications are stored for 24 months.
4. International transfers
If we transfer data outside Australia (e.g., EU or US data centres), we ensure comparable privacy safeguards, including standard contractual clauses where needed.
5. Cookies & tracking
Cookies personalise your dashboard and remember device preferences. You can disable non-essential cookies via browser settings or our consent banner.

Luna Streams is not directed to children under 16. If we discover we’ve collected data from minors without parental consent, we will promptly delete it.

We maintain an incident response plan. If a breach occurs, we will notify affected individuals and relevant authorities per OAIC guidelines.
