These Terms outline the agreement between Luna Streams (“we”, “us”) and you, the subscriber, for access to our IPTV services in Australia. Please review this document before activating or renewing your subscription.
We aim to keep our IPTV experience legal, secure, and predictable for Australian households. The following summary captures the most important clauses. The full Terms apply to every Luna Streams user, including free trials and paid plans.

“Service” means the Luna Streams IPTV platform, apps, and support resources. “Subscriber” means the individual purchasing access. “Content Partners” are third-party licensors providing channels or assets for lawful distribution in Australia.
You must provide a valid email address, phone number, and payment method. We may request identification to confirm eligibility or investigate fraud.
We aim for 99% uptime. Planned maintenance will be announced via email or in-app notices. Access may vary based on rights restrictions or network conditions.
Unless you hold a commercial licence, use the Service for private viewing only. Prohibited actions include account sharing beyond your household, copying streams, or bypassing security measures.
Charges are billed in advance, and promotional offers are honoured for their stated duration. We may suspend or terminate your account if payment cannot be processed.
Our refunds are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Australian Consumer Law remedies apply if the Service fails to operate as promised.
All logos, interfaces, and software remain Luna Streams’ property. Content belongs to our partners and is licensed, not sold, to you for personal use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months. We are not liable for indirect losses, including ISP outages or device incompatibility.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes will be handled in NSW courts unless otherwise agreed.
